E,S,C,A,P the wrong game

A nice little fella in a red hat ended up in the wrong game and is in mortal danger! Help him E,S,C,A,P... Wait what? I mean Esc... That's not what I meant, either! Something is very wrong with this game, indeed.

Goal: Run as long as you can, avoiding obstacles, coming at you from the front, and monsters, trying to grab the Hero from behind. Collect stars, that will multiply your score at the end.

Controls:

Up and Down – at each moment of the game depicted on the left side of the screen. Look out, they change a lot, but it's always some combination of these keys: E, S, C, A, P

Use special ability (temporarily pass through obstacles) – press Esc, when the key is shown on the left side of the screen in full. Collect stars to charge the ability.
